Groups Suing NSA Over Phone Surveillance

Nineteen organizations, from across the political spectrum, are suing the National Security Agency.  The lawsuit filed yesterday in San Francisco federal court argues that the NSA violated the groups' rights by collecting their phone records.  The organizations include a number of political advocacy groups and gun rights advocates.  They claim the phone surveillance program violates their First Amendment right to freedom of association and their Fourth Amendment right to be free from unreasonable search and seizure.
